We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Global Internal Audit (GIA) Team in the role of Senior Manager, GIA Technical Training.

 

In this role, you’ll shape the future capability in GIA by designing and delivering technical training that supports GIA’s methodology and strategic priorities. Working closely with senior leaders in Professional Practices and Quality Assurance, you’ll translate complex audit standards and system changes into engaging learning that strengthens auditor capability across the function. This is a highly visible role where you’ll influence how training supports the effectiveness, consistency, and continued evolution of GIA globally.

In this role you will:

 

  • Support the design and delivery of technical training aligned to GIA methodology and strategics priorities
  • Develop and maintain engaging learning content for auditors at different levels, delivered both virtually and in person
  • Partner with Professional Practices and Quality Assurance teams to translate methodology updates, system changes and findings into practical training
  • Maintain and enhance the GIA learning curriculum, including supporting new joiner programmes and ongoing capability development
  • Collaborate with senior audit stakeholders and Learning & Development teams to ensure training supports the evolving needs of audit function

 

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Experience designing, delivering or facilitating learning, training or development programmes
  • An interest in GIA with general understanding of audit standards or methodology and a willingness to build deeper knowledge
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and levels of organisation
  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to continuous improvement of learning programmes
