Senior Legal Counsel - Fund Finance

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Fund Finance Legal team in the role of Senior Legal Counsel.

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on fund finance transactions, playing a key role in shaping commercial outcomes whilst managing legal, regulatory and reputational risk.

You’ll be part of a globally connected legal function, with exposure to complex, cross-border fund finance work and the opportunity to deepen your expertise in this growing market.

In this role you will:

• Advise on a range of fund finance transactions, including subscription line facilities, NAV facilities and GP finance
• Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of fund finance documentation
• Support transactions from structuring through to execution and completion
• Manage relationships with external counsel and oversee delivery
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice on legal, regulatory and reputational risks specific to fund finance

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Qualified Lawyer in with extensive experience in fund finance
• Strong technical skills in drafting and negotiating finance documentation
• Ability to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice
• Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
