We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior ISO Commercialisation and Product Manager.

 

You’ll be responsible for defining and delivering the global ISO 20022 communication, positioning, and engagement strategy. You’ll translate complex change into clear client value and drive adoption across clients and internal stakeholders.

In this role you’ll:

  • Define and deliver the global ISO 20022 communication strategy and own the value proposition and client narrative for ISO 20022, clearly articulating differentiation, benefits and client impact
  • Translate complex technical, data into clear, compelling client benefits that support client understanding and adoption
  • Create and maintain high-quality enablement tools including playbooks, pitch decks, competitive positioning content
  • Design and execute global campaign execution across different channels including performance tracking and booster
  • Work closely with marketing team to drive market visibility through media engagement, press releases, industry events and seminars
  • Support client outreach activities including briefings, webinars, training sessions, and targeted engagement programmes
  • Monitor external developments from market infrastructures, industry bodies, and regulators, assessing implications and proactively updating communication strategies
  • Additionally support client testing and business readiness for key events

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in payments, transaction banking, or financial services, with strong exposure to large-scale regulatory or market-wide change initiatives
  • Expert understanding of ISO 20022
  • Proven experience developing and delivering marketing materials, training programs, and engagement sessions to raise awareness and drive adoption across global internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to motivate and align teams outside of direct reporting lines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing high-quality client-facing materials and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Experience operating in a global matrix environment, managing multiple regions, timelines, and dependencies
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under regulatory-driven deadlines
