•              Collaborate with global stakeholders, taking a leading role in partnering with Global and Regional GTS business and Finance teams to support the effective implementation of projects and business-as-usual processes, while sharing best practices across regions.

•              Enhance the team’s operational effectiveness by proactively identifying opportunities to streamline, automate and optimise processes, improving efficiency and overall performance.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•              Bring substantial experience across FP&A, commercial finance, business management, COO, finance business partnering or transformation finance in a large complex organisation

•              Demonstratable capability in planning, forecasting, investment appraisal, cost management and benefits realisation.

•              Have a strong understanding of profit and loss and balance sheet drivers within a banking business.

•              A professional finance qualification is preferred and financial system knowledge (TM1/Omnia) would be beneficial.
