We are currently seeking an individual to join the Corporate and Institutional Banking communications team as Senior Communications Manager – Banking Europe and Americas.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Either in house or agency having demonstrated experience of working in or with a highly regulated sector, with a preference for financial services
  • Proven experience in fully integrated communications and the ability to develop and execute integrated communication strategies
  • Solid experience developing internal communications strategies in alignment with business priorities
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, change communications and executive communications and business partnering
  • Proven ability to support org change, culture and transformation
  • Ability to quickly build strong relationships, coach, and influence senior leaders, peers as well as direct reports. 
  • Strong understanding of reputational risk, experience identifying, preventing, and mitigating risks, and managing communications during crises or strategic change
