This is a critical role in fulfilling Global Private Banking & Wealth's (GPB&W) strategy.  You will be supporting the Sales Effectiveness and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Sub-Value Stream across multiple markets in the UK and also globally.  You will be responsible for the oversight of Requirements Management, Design, and Change Management as well as work collaboratively with CRM Product Owners, delivery partners and subject matter experts.

 

In this role you will:

  • Work directly with CRM Product Owners to translate roadmap into working software for end users
  • Capture, analyse and document business processes, customer journeys and product functionality, using supporting tooling such as JIRA and confluence.
  • Drive overall delivery forward in an efficient way adopting Agile and DevOps principles and best practices
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships - collaborate with other teams working in an Agile environment to deliver more high-quality features faster, and explain complex or technical issues in an easy to digest manner
  • Play a critical role in the requirements life-cycle management from discovery, analysis, implementation, UAT test script creation and management, release support and business readiness

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Transformational Change, Change Methodologies (including Agile & SAFE framework) and Change Management Framework - essential
  • Proven working knowledge of CRMs, specifically Microsoft Dynamics - essential
  • Private Banking & Wealth experience - desirable
  • Experience of delivering global projects - desirable
  • A proven ability to gather, translate and clarify business requirements and define design options - essential
