Role Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Workplace Experience for 8CS, the role supports operational incident management at Global HQ, liaises with senior executives, and engages with communities and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to drive inclusive workplace initiatives. The role also contributes to transition planning for Panorama St Paul’s.

In this role you will:

•    Lead and support on-site incident response at Global HQ (8CS), ensuring clear communication with executive stakeholders
•    Coordinate hospitality contract transitions to enhance service quality and align with market standards
•    Support strategic relocation planning for colleagues moving from 8CS to Panorama St Paul’s
•    Partner with  Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Technology, and HR to drive workplace inclusivity initiatives
•    Build trusted relationships with business leaders, handle enquiries professionally, and escalate issues as needed
•    Uphold bank’s internal control standards and compliance policies, promoting collaboration across teams and third-party suppliers


To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    Proven experience in hospitality and vendor coordination, including overseeing service delivery and managing relationships with third-party providers. 
•    Strong contract management skills, with a track record of handling service agreements, renewals, and performance oversight. 
•    Demonstrated experience in workplace or business change management, particularly in supporting office transitions, relocations, or major change initiatives. 
•    Ability to confidently engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders, providing clear communication, issue resolution, and regular updates on key initiatives. 
 
The role is based in  London, Canada Square (8).
