We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Manager.

In this role you will:

  • Supporting a globally consistent strategy for Business Credit & Debit cards across group/country/region to ensure strategic alignment and fit with the GPS strategy.
  • Helps to define and implement growth strategies for Business Cards
  • Stakeholder management is therefore multi-faceted across geography, proposition, product, channel, employee, customer and matrix internal and external to GPS and the specialism of Business cards.
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
  • Support achievement of the HSBC vision, Values, goals and culture in personal behaviour, actions and decision making.
  • Provide technical leadership and support technical excellence by searching out external best practice, monitoring technical and professional developments, sharing knowledge and encouraging others to do the same in the best interests of HSBC and its customers.

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience within Project Management and knowledge of Cards
  • Proven experience of leading the delivery of an excellent customer service and proactively look for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively and winning over audiences with compelling and persuasive presentations
  • Built effective networks both internally and externally and created opportunities for others to work collaboratively
  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers and colleagues
  • A track record of successfully identifying and developing significant/complex business propositions, that attract and entrench customers, in a fair and ethical way
