We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of Product Associate Director, Private Assets
The role is focused on driving the growth of the Private Assets product through active involvement in sales & client related activities, product roadmap execution and robust product management. The role is global in focus but with a leaning to activity relating to UK & European clients. Specific responsibilities will include subject matter expert support for sales and client-related engagements, including responsibility for client facing content and delivery (e.g. presentations, demonstrations, RFIs/RFPs). The role holder will also be expected to lead specific product roadmap development initiatives and provide support on other roadmap priorities.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Build and strengthen product management function for Private Assets
- Manage key contributors to the product including internal and external business partners and vendors
- Assist with efficiency and enhancement initiatives, working with colleagues in Asia and Europe
- Prepare product pricing strategies and maintain product rate cards.
- Work closely with Sales on various client pitches, RFPs, due diligence meetings and other discussions/negotiations
- Provide high quality subject matter expertise throughout the deal lifecycle
- Produce and update marketing and sales collateral on an ongoing basis and lead delivery of same to clients and internal stakeholders
- Work with various team members within Private Assets Product, broader Product team and also other key stakeholders including Senior Business Management, Sales, Operations, Product Delivery, IT and external partners to drive business growth and manage the product effectively.
- Design, maintain and enhance the operating models for Private Assets, maximizing the benefits available from global Centres of Excellence and regional Hub and Spoke structures.
- Participate as key stakeholder and business subject matter expert to tactical and strategic change programmes, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and solutions are effective in improving product profitability.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Deep experience in the financial services industry working directly Private Assets funds (
- Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of private asset classes (Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, Infrastructure).
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the private assets funds industry.
- Demonstrates a solid grasp of the technology and systems supporting the product with direct knowledge of core Private Assets platforms. Knowledge of Investran, Yardi, Geneva, and other digital solutions will be an advantage.
- Experienced in client and sales-related scenarios, demonstrating an ability to lead client presentations and demonstrations
- Experience working with business partners on sales pipeline development and client prospecting is an advantage
- A strong understanding of evolving technology for Private Assets and in particular, implementation of digital solutions for Private Assets is an advantage
- Strategic mind-set, with strong conceptual, creative and analytical content. Energetic, results focused, change agent, with a strong work ethic.
