HSBC Asset Management (AM), the investment management business of the HSBC Group, serves HSBC’s worldwide customer base of retail and private clients, intermediaries, corporates and institutions invested in both segregated accounts and pooled funds. HSBC Asset Management fulfils its purpose of connecting HSBC’s clients with investment opportunities around the world through an international network of offices in approximately 30 countries, delivering global capabilities with local market insight.

We have an opportunity within HSBC Asset Management (AM) for a Private Credit Implementation Analyst.

This role will play a critical part in the implementation of the Allvue private credit system, working closely with stakeholders across Front Office Portfolio Management, Operations and Technology teams. The role holder will be responsible for gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and ensuring the system meets the needs of the organisation. The role requires a strong understanding of Private Credit Front Office workflows, operations, reporting dashboards, and deep knowledge of the technology implementation that underpins the business area.

In this role you will:

  • Work with the Allvue implementation team to translate business requirements into functional specifications for the private credit system and to ensure the system aligns with the organisation’s portfolio management and operational workflow processes and risk management frameworks.
  • Develop test cases and scenarios to validate system functionality alongside  the  co-ordination of user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure issues are resolved before go-live.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and the technical implementation team both within Allvue and HSBC internal technology teams, which includes communicating system capabilities, limitations, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Create training materials and conduct sessions to ensure users are proficient with the new system and support change management efforts to drive adoption of the new system.
  • Provide post-implementation support by monitoring system performance and address any post-go-live issues. Continuously gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Deep knowledge and implementation experience of the Allvue Private Credit System is essential.
  • Possess relevant level of experience of business analysis experience in Private Credit space.
  • Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Highly developed communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving and attention to detail with the capability of taking a pragmatic approach to managing conflicting priorities

This role is based on a hybrid working pattern at HSBC Offices in Canada Square, London and your home - you should be able to work in London on a weekly basis.
