In this role you’ll:

  • Take charge of complex diary management, resolving scheduling conflicts and anticipating needs to keep everything running smoothly
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, from leadership committees to industry events—making sure agendas and papers are ready in advance
  • Act as a delegate for system approvals and transactions, handling confidential information with care and precision
  • Be the go-to person for team communications, ensuring everyone is in the loop and up-to-date
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior leaders
  • Tackle problems head-on, referring issues upwards when needed and always looking for solutions
  • Arrange travel and manage itineraries, balancing time, and cost within our policies
  • Collaborate with the wider Personal Assistant network across our Private Bank.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of providing support to Senior Executive (minimum of Managing Director) levels within the Private Banking Sector
  • Fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A proven ability in effective complex diary management
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal, across all stakeholder levels
  • Excellent organisational skills and calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise in very short timescales
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • A proven track record of acting with discretion and integrity
  • Ability to multi-task when faced with multiple demands on-time whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
