- Provide support as necessary to change initiatives, incident follow up and delegated actions related to the systems, process, controls and enhancements
- Receive instructions from agents, front office/middle office teams and workflow queues, analyse them to confirm authority to proceed, and escalate appropriately based on complexity and risk in line with agreed processes
- Manage per-asset confidentiality processes with trading counterparties and respond promptly to internal and external queries on trades, positions and corporate actions
- Investigation and resolution of trade related TLM FOBO (trade) exceptions
- Ensure settlement instructions are loaded into the loan trading system from the market platform (or follow up with counterparties where missing) and maintain robust know-your-customer and customer due diligence controls for counterparties and allocated funds as required
- Book, amend and cancel trades and pre-settlement allocations in the loan trading system in line with business instructions, and process the sales credits report and associated controls
- Maintain clear, high-standard communication with HSBC desks and counterparties on public/private status and confidentiality, and escalate appropriately on all risk, processing and confidentiality matters
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- The ability to deliver high-quality work with strong attention to detail, maintaining standards and accuracy under tight deadlines and pressure
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients
