We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of: Manager – Marketing Planning

 

 

We are seeking a Marketing Planning Coordinator to support our global marketing initiatives within Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB). This role is focused on assisting with the development and execution of marketing plans that align with business priorities.

 

 

This role will help ensure that marketing aligns with the bank’s global priorities and demonstrates clear, measurable impact on business performance. It’s ideal for a marketing operations leader who thrives on data, strategy, and cross-functional execution.

In this role you will:

 

  • Support the marketing planning process for CIB, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth opportunities whilst assisting in translating commercial objectives into actionable marketing initiatives, identifying necessary resources and expected outcomes.
  • Help coordinate the marketing calendar and campaign roadmap across various client segments and product lines and provide support in managing the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Assist in evaluating marketing performance and channel efficiency through investment models and collaborate with Finance and Business Management to support forecasts and ROI frameworks
  • Assist in preparing regular reports for senior marketing and business leadership.
  • Work with data and analytics teams to support the establishment of KPIs and benchmarks for marketing initiatives.

 

 

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

 

  • Proven experience in marketing operations or planning roles within a financial services or B2B environment with familiarity of marketing planning and performance reporting.
  • Understanding of the institutional banking landscape and related product lines with strong organisational and time management skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of marketing KPIs and business metrics with experience in complex organisations and collaboration across business and marketing leadership.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
