We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of: Manager – Marketing Performance
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Performance Reporting Analyst to enhance our global marketing function for Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB). This role primarily focuses on developing comprehensive performance reports and narratives, as well as supporting marketing strategy development and articulation.
This role is critical to ensuring that marketing aligns with the bank’s global priorities and demonstrates clear, measurable impact on business performance. It’s ideal for a marketer who thrives on data, strategy, and cross-functional execution.

In this role you will:
- Develop and maintain detailed marketing performance dashboards linked to key business metrics such as client engagement, brand health, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to marketing and business leadership, highlighting insights and actionable recommendation whilst collaborating with data and analytics teams to establish KPIs and benchmarks for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Support the development of marketing strategies that align with business goals, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and assist in translating commercial objectives into actionable marketing initiatives, focusing on performance outcomes and expected impacts.
- Assist in evaluating marketing mix performance and channel efficiency to inform budget allocation and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with Finance and Business Management to align on forecasts and return on investment frameworks, ensuring performance insights are integrated
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing performance analysis or reporting roles within financial services or B2B environments with strong expertise in developing performance reports and dashboards, with a focus on marketing KPIs and business metrics.
- Familiarity with marketing strategy and planning processes with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and synthesize into actionable insights.
- Experience in matrixed organisations and collaboration across business and marketing leadership with strong communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
