We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of: Manager – CIB Business Marketing

 

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketer to support the execution of marketing campaigns and projects across product areas within the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) division. This includes Transaction Banking, Markets, Securities Services, and Financing.

 

 

As a vital member of the marketing team, you will assist in implementing go-to-market strategies for CIB products and solutions. You will work closely with products, Coverage, client segment and sector marketing leads to ensure that marketing efforts align with product positioning and client needs.

 

This role plays a supportive part in the bank’s growth agenda by ensuring our products and services are effectively communicated and differentiated in a competitive market.

In this role you will:

 

  • Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for CIB products and services whilst helping to translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to client needs and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Product, Coverage, and Client Strategy teams to support product innovation and commercialisation efforts in addition to supporting the implementation of go-to-market plans for new and enhanced CIB products and platforms.
  • Work with sector and segment marketing leads to ensure cohesive execution aligned with client priorities across industries and geographies whilst assisting in developing messaging frameworks and creating collateral, pitch decks, and client presentations
  • Contribute to the development of insight-led content (whitepapers, product briefs, case studies, digital assets) to highlight the bank’s product strengths, and support targeted campaigns to drive product adoption and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with global communications and brand teams to enhance visibility around key themes such as ESG and digital transformation.

 

 

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in B2B financial services marketing, with a focus on product marketing and/or banking experience within a global banking environment with a good understanding of banking products and services.
  • Experience in supporting go-to-market strategies that enhance product and client engagement with strong collaboration skills and experience in matrixed, global organisations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; further education in Marketing, Finance, or related field is a plus.
