We are currently seeking an individual to join the team as Insights Partner- Governance Communication and Leadership.
The purpose of this role is to consult with business and HR stakeholders to understand and shape Workforce Strategy and ensure benefits from actionable workforce insights and technical solutions land in order to impact business objectives and challenges.

In this role you'll:
- Contract around the delivery of work, people analtycis and thought leadership with stakeholders on the basis of scope, size, and complexity, in the context of a prioritised backlog of work
- Use consulting frameworks and critical thinking techniques to ensure an effective approach to identifying answering the right business questions
- Contribute to analytical thought leadership in People Strategy & Innovation, as well as People, Governance & Communications and business forums
- Collaborate with the wider global consultants, share best practices, and connect stakeholders to solutions
- Adopt Agile working methods to deliver solutions and products by leading or actively participating in ‘Pod’ delivery teams
- Act as liaison, analytical translator and educator to People and business stakeholder groups
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Significant people analytics experience with an understanding of analytics best practice, external trends, and developments
- Expert in Agile and coordinating delivery through others
- Experience of working in a large matrix organisation, ideally international
- Experience developing relationships with stakeholders to reach a deep understanding of their business needs and analytical requirements
- Experience shaping scope of work, timing, duration leveraging the product suite and capabilities
- Prior responsibility managing relationships with communications teams, regulators, industry bodies and auditors where required
