We are currently seeking an individual to join this team in the role of IRR Traceability Business Analyst.

 

This role sits within the IRR, Integrity of Regulatory Reporting Programme and offers exposure to high-priority regulatory programmes, with an initial focus on the Market Risk domain.

 

The role holder will be involved in implementing traceability for regulatory rules, models, and core PRA returns and the opportunity to build and enhance end-to-end traceability frameworks, supporting robust regulatory compliance.

The role offers cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Data, and Technology functions and visibility and engagement at the Group level with a chance to influence standards and best practices.



In this role, you will: -


  • Support the IRR Traceability Central Team with a focus on Regulatory Reporting traceability.
  • Lead the preparation and management of traceability across PRA returns, with initial emphasis on Market Risk.
  • Support traceability controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate across Risk, Finance, Technology, and Data to strengthen traceability frameworks.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and respond to regulatory and internal assurance requests.



To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: -


  • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting and market risk concepts.
  • Experience with PRA regulatory returns and end-to-end regulatory reporting processes.
  • Ability to support design, implement, and manage control frameworks.
  • Strong documentation skills and preparedness for audit and regulatory reviews.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across multiple functions.
  • Business Analysis experience.

 

The base location for this role will be London and with a hybrid working pattern.
