This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end commercial activation of our wealth business across the UK for Mass Affluent and Private Banking customers. You will define how we drive revenue and customer growth across investment, advice, and retirement propositions — balancing commercial rigor with customer impact.
This includes developing and executing customer engagement strategies, setting performance targets, shaping proposition monetization tools, and working across teams to embed a commercially driven culture into every aspect of the wealth lifecycle

In this role you will:
- Shape and lead the commercial roadmap for UK Wealth, driving adoption and profitability whilst defining short- and long-term monetisation strategies for advice, platform, and product wrappers. Translate business priorities into deliverable campaigns, propositions, and journeys.
- Connect Personal & Premier Wealth and Private Banking into the UK WPB Ecosystem for priority projects and functional enablers specific to commercialisation.
- Represent Wealth in a number of key projects such that more robust wealth journeys are designed, tagged, and developed into growth-oriented outcomes with embedded commercialisation design.
- Build and own the commercial measurement playbook and framework, ensuring clarity on what drives AUM growth, conversion, and wealth penetration. Monitor campaign and initiative outcomes.
- Lead SEO/Digital efforts across national markets while managing and developing team members, promoting a culture of rapid experimentation, creativity and staying ahead in growth innovation.
- Constantly review high level performance and spend metrics across each product, journey and customer experience and identify areas of improvement.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Extensive experience of performance marketing and digital growth experience – essential
- Proven success in working on brand marketing products, brand tracking and Cost of Customer Acquisition reduction – desirable
- Strong experience in experiment design, prioritisation and planning to drive journey and proposition development – essential
- A data SME with an ability to collaborate with data teams to underpin and influence key decisions – essential
- Experience of data-driven product marketing and experimentation – strong understanding of customer journey from data driven perspectives – acquisition, activation and retention – essential
- Prior line management experience – essential
- Wealth Management experience - desirable
This role will be based in London or Birmingham.
