• Establish how future state capabilities will be delivered across our digital experiences - spanning mobile, web, and emerging channels – ensuring alignment across both advised and self-directed customer journeys.
• Foster strong relationships and extensive collaboration with senior stakeholders & key internal stakeholders such as Technology, Proposition, Product, UX/UI and Risk, Compliance & Marketing. Acting as the connective tissue between product, technology, compliance, proposition and distribution teams.
• Regularly monitor the performance of the digital channels, track market trends, and implement necessary changes to enhance the experience for our customers.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
• Proven leadership experience setting and executing platform or capability strategies within a digitally enabled wealth or investing firm across advised and self-directional
• Deep understanding of mobile and browser-based product development with a strong understanding of new technologies that can be leveraged e.g. AI, data orchestration layers etc and experience implementing them
• Experience driving enterprise-wide change or leading major transformation initiatives in a complex, regulated environment
• Strong experience leading or influencing multi-disciplinary teams including Technology, Product, Operations, Compliance and CX/UX
• Strong commercial skills mirrored with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence at senior levels.
