HSBC’s International Wealth and Personal Banking (IWPB) are looking for a Head of Premier and Premier Wealth Distribution. You will be responsible to lead and oversee the global distribution strategy for Premier and Premier Wealth banking services, maximizing sales performance and ensuring a seamless client experience across all channels.
In this role you will:
- Define and champion the global vision and strategy for Premier and Premier Wealth distribution, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational goals
- Develop and implement sales and service strategies across all channels (e.g., branch, online, mobile and contact centre).
- Identify and analyze emerging industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform strategic direction
- Develop and implement sales and service solutions to enhance client acquisition, retention, and profitability within the Premier and Premier Wealth segment.
- Optimize channel orchestration and footprint to maximize client reach and engagement.
- Streamline sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee sales enablement initiatives, including CRM implementation, training programs, and performance management tools.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of distribution strategies and overall business performance.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Deep understanding of sales and service strategies within the financial services industry.
- Expertise in channel management, sales process optimization, and CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of premier and wealth management products and services.
- Ability to set clear strategic direction, aligned with Markets, Propositions, Channels and Functions
- Experience of working across Group, Region and Market teams is essential
- A broad understanding of Wealth and Premier banking combined with an in-depth understanding of all issues impacting the customer and marketing agenda, enabling the role holder to speak with authority and influence senior business leads including CEO/COO level
- Familiarity with culture, supervision and conduct frameworks
- Knowledge of the global external environment - regulatory, political, competitors and market
This role is based in London and offers hybrid working.
