As the Head of IAM Control Framework, Audits, Risks and Assurance, your key responsibility will be to manage the IAM control governance, reporting, assurance, risk and issues management process’s across all our enterprise platforms as well as managing audit interactions
Job Requirements:
- Work in conjunction with the IDAM Control Owners to manage and continually build an efficient and effective IAM Control framework.
- Establish and maintain robust control governance including overseeing production of key control indicators, MI and effectiveness reporting.
- Develop and lead a globally diverse set of staff with responsibility for both their delivery and development.
- As a key member of the IAM ExCo, lead and contribute to the success of IAM function.
- Support the global team via monthly performance reviews and the annual performance management process.
- Provide oversight of designated tasks across the team and ensure all are tracked and completed to a best-in-class standard. Liaise with project managers and key stakeholders of assigned projects, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed as per project plans.
- Participate where required in relevant steering committees and work closely with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Serve as a global point of contact for all Identity and Access Management framework, audit related requests. Work with control owners to maintain all internal, external and regulatory control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
- Identify, investigate and report potential security exposures of the business and recommend corrective action, maintaining ownership through to resolution.
- Research, evaluate and identify Identity & Access Management enhancement opportunities to maintain or surpass industry standards, such as improved automation, simplification and globalization.
- Assist with developing and implementing Identity & Access Management strategies.
- Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses; compliance breaches and operational loss events.
Qualification and Skills:
- Experience of working in an Identity and Access Management control’s function is essential
- Thorough understanding of the management processes required to operate a centralised IAM function at a global scale.
- Experience leading a globally diverse team with responsibility for both delivery and their development is desirable.
- Experience working with stakeholders across all levels
- Experience managing audit, risk and global regulatory relationships
- Audit, Assurance, Governance Risk and Compliance experience
- Role relevant qualifications, e.g. CISM, CRICS
- Experience of making timely and rational decisions, based on relevant information and experience
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
