- Partner with Product, Coverage, and Client Strategy teams to support product innovation and commercialization efforts, emphasising sustainable solutions.
- Develop and lead integrated go-to-market plans for new and enhanced financing products, services, and platforms whilst working closely with sector and segment marketing leads to ensure cohesive execution aligned with client priorities across industries and geographies.
- Define messaging frameworks and enable sales and coverage teams with high-impact collateral, pitch decks, client presentations, and digital tools.
- Oversee the development of insight-led content (whitepapers, product briefs, case studies, video, digital assets) to showcase the bank’s financing product strengths and coordinate targeted campaigns to drive product adoption and pipeline growth.

- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders across business, marketing, and sustainability functions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
