Job description

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Executive Assistant to the Business Head of the International team – Private Bank.

This role will report to and work closely with the Business Support Manager to provide administrative support to senior members of the Leadership team with diaries, travel, expenses and any other administrative tasks. Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes for this role.
Duties and roles vary every day, so must be flexible and able to work autonomously on occasions.

Role Responsibilities

  • High volume diary management, using initiative to resolve conflicts and anticipating requirements, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, co-ordinating with all relevant parties to ensure best possible use of time. 
  • Booking rooms and in-house catering for meetings and events, for which attendance in the office on the day to ensure there are no problems will be required.
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for international travel.
  • Drive team communications ensuring all team members are receiving relevant and useful information.
  • Consistently demonstrate a willingness to own/tackle problems as they arise and ability to identify issues for upward referral.
  • Reconciling monthly company expenses.
  • Attending and supporting team offsites, team meetings and events held in the above locations.

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Demonstrate outstanding organisational & time management skills, with a flexible attitude to change and the ability to regularly act on own initiative.
  • A demonstrated background of working as a highly effective Executive Assistant with Executive level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is essential.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise conflicting demands and work within a fast-paced, high-pressure, changing environment.
  • Experience in running marketing activities
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

 

This role is located in London Cork Street.
