We‘re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Engagement Manager, Corporate and Institutional Banking Strategy.

In this role you will:

 

•              Drive strategic initiatives focused on delivering maximum value for Group shareholders

•              Identify key issues/opportunities and using internal and external sources to provide actionable recommendations for us

•              Manage key stakeholders across Corporate and Institutional Banking and the Group

•              Effectively lead the execution of the key strategic initiatives including tracking progress against agreed KPIs

•              Ensure proper and timely consideration of market, industry, and competitor analysis (including benchmarking), to support planning and performance management activities

•              Work with Associates / Analysts and, alongside Directors (as required), on strategic reviews as well as improving the quality of strategic planning, management information (MI), accountability, and governance

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

•              Experience of working within a strategy environment is essential

•              Experience of working within a Consulting firm

•              Strong banking knowledge, ideally in Corporate and Institutional Banking

•              Highly effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

•              Strong stakeholder management experience

•              Highly analytical with experience of working with data
