We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Customer Proposition Product Owner – Digital Wealth.

 

You’ll be responsible for developing and prioritising the product backlog, translating customer insights and market trends into innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a compelling, differentiated retail wealth proposition. You’ll ensure our digital investment products and services continuously evolve to meet the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s investors, driving growth, engagement, and long-term value in a fast-changing UK market.

In this role you’ll:

 

  • Master complex problem statements and transform high-level concepts into actionable, innovative service ideas through confident analysis and presentation
  • Secure funding by developing robust business cases and lead cross-functional decision-making to achieve consensus and deliver new products to market
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of retail investment and wealth propositions, from concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business strategy, and regulatory requirements
  • Act as the voice of the customer, using insights, research, and market trends to shape innovative, insight-led solutions that drive customer engagement, growth, and long-term value
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Customer Research, Digital Experience, Technology, and Compliance—to define requirements, secure funding, and deliver commercially successful products
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to maximise customer and commercial outcomes, and regularly track KPIs/OKRs to measure success
  • Champion a culture of customer advocacy, continuous improvement, and innovation, while confidently influencing stakeholders and deputising for the Head of Customer Proposition when required

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Proven experience within digital wealth, coupled with a strong commercial mindset and knowledge of investment wrappers such as ISAs (Individual Savings Accounts) and GIAs (General Investment Accounts)
  • In-depth understanding of retail investment customer behaviour, journey design, and a passion for innovation and financial inclusion
  • Comfortable working in agile environments, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and delivery pods
  • Confident communicator with a track record of influencing and driving alignment across product, compliance, technology, and commercial functions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build strong relationships to own and drive results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
