We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Commercialisation Manager to support payments and FX solutions. 

 

You’ll work closely with the Global Product and Sales teams, as well as other functions, including Compliance & Legal, Marketing, Implementation and Engineering to develop and deliver on the Global commercialisation plans for the strategically important Payment & FX Solutions key priorities.

In this role you’ll:

  • Work with the Payment & FX Solutions team to build, maintain and close a strong pipeline
  • Create and communicate our strategy and plan for growth across all regions
  • Work on projects to improve our sales processes and approaches, such as helping iterate our pitches and messaging, our pricing strategies, go to market efforts
  • Join and contribute to, client led discussions, supporting the Sales team on the execution of the Payments strategy
  • Collaborate closely with the Product teams to share valuable feedback to guide product roadmap and improve end customer experience
  • Evaluate and assess opportunities for scaling payments and FX opportunities at pace, working across a multitude of global and regional stakeholders to build out a commercialisation plan

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Knowledge of Payments and FX
  • Passionate about driving and delivering a strategy that results in product growth and scale
  • Client centric mindset, able to navigate customer asks, and feedback to product in a language the teams can resonate with
  • Highly self-motivated, with an ability to highlight the logical next priorities and align execution plans against them to drive the most significant business benefit
  • Analytical, data driven, with project management skills, along with an ability to both build consensus and challenge norms
