We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Cards Transformation Manager. The base location for this role is London.

 

The role of the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) Cards Transformation Manager is pivotal in driving the strategy and executing end-to-end change across the GPS Cards Global Operating Model, including a change of the underlying Card Processing platform and associated impacts to our digital channels, industry partners and vendors, ensuring ongoing alignment with our Future State Architecture.

 

In this role you will:

  • Work with the card platform programme team to deploy a dedicated commercial card platform with our chosen vendor
  • Work with Product, Sales, Operations, Service & Client Connectivity teams to design new product set up and create/build, test and launch new products
  • Own and manage card platform configuration settings to ensure product design is met and agreed controls are in place
  • Work with local and global vendors to deliver solutions which integrate with the commercial card platform
  • Contribute to the portfolio migration planning workstream and define/present the business and customer requirements
  • Drive Cards product strategies to achieve financial & non-financial targets
  • Work through product proposals from external providers ensuring customer interests and business requirements are met, whilst closing all product gaps
  • Drive a culture of excellence in product lifecycle management and in the development of customer centric solutions and products

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven, progressive Cards Product experience or equivalent with strong knowledge of market trends and competitor positions and new technology
  • Project Management and Product Management experience
  • Proven stakeholder management, ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable working with a diverse range of global/regional/local stakeholders from across the globe
  • Strong managerial, leadership, communications, organizational, decision-making, lateral thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Deep experience of agile ways to working within transaction banking product management
