We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Equities Structuring

In this role you will:

- Originate, structure and pitch bespoke equity and equity‑derivative solutions for institutional clients across EMEA, in close partnership with sales and trading.
- Develop and maintain the thematic product shelf, including the design, calibration and lifecycle management of custom and decrement indices aligned to client demand and house views.
- Create differentiated content and trade ideas for hedge fund clients, with a focus on bespoke risk‑recycling, portfolio overlays and efficient monetisation of internal risk axes
- Coordinate the full trade lifecycle (pricing, term sheets, approvals, documentation and post‑trade follow‑up) with trading, legal, risk and pperations, ensuring robust controls, conduct and regulatory compliance. 
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, industry and clients
- Develop close and effective working relationships within respective regions, countries, functions and global businesses 
- Adhere to local regulatory policies applicable to the role and balance sheet location
- Act on unusual and unacceptable activity, or behaviours and escalate appropriately 
- Lead, develop and motivate the team to attract, retain and develop capacity, capability and talent

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Proven equity derivatives experience within structuring, trading or quantitative sector
- Strong technical skills, including python and backtesting
- Have a sound understanding of relevant equity market fundamentals and drivers
- Be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of economic values and trading principles
- Extensive experience within financial markets and sound knowledge of derivatives products
- Good overview of regulations and accounting principles, including upcoming changes which could impact the industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with very strong analytical skills. 
- Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
