We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate, Client Relationship Management.

In this role you’ll:
- Support one or more Relationship Bankers on a defined portfolio of clients
- Identify marketing opportunities, undertaking appropriate analysis and preparation of proposals, presentations and pitches for new products and services
- Interact with clients and various product teams to ensure smooth execution in a timely manner
- Develop an understanding of clients’ financials to assess their needs and the credit strengths / weaknesses
- Keep up to date with the markets and the sector developments to support business development, portfolio management and credit risk assessment
- Understand Banking internal return hurdles and identifying opportunities to reduce Risk Weighted Assets to enhance relationship returns
- Work with the Relationship Manager in mitigating all forms of Financial Crime risk relating to the clients being managed
- Provide support to the Relationship Bankers in servicing client relationships and enhancing income generation
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrated capacity to build a network of contacts, both internal and external, in the context of interactions with colleagues and clients
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Ability to undertake in depth review of industry, competitors, clients and products and provide a high-quality analysis of credit risk
- A strong understanding of the financial markets
- Experience in developing marketing materials (pitch books)
- Knowledge of the full spectrum of Global Banking & Markets products and services
- Good verbal and written communication skills
