We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of: Associate/Associate Director, ETF Trader

In this role you will:

 

- Be responsible for ETF & index futures risk pricing, hedging and risk management.
- Responsible for executing orders and responding to RFQs.
- Manage inventory and place creations / redemptions.
- Generate trading ideas.
- Maintaining communication with clients and resolves any settlement problems.
- Collaborate with IT to enhance trading systems.
- Engage with ETF issuers on indicative pricing, PCF issues etc.
- Responsibilities commensurate with level assigned.

 

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

- Proven understanding of primary and secondary markets for ETFs, including pricing, hedging and creations & redemptions.
- Possesses ETF Trading experience.
- Ability to work under stress, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with adverse outcomes.
- Fast learner, quick to adapt to new environments and technologies.
- Taking ownership, execute jobs independently.
- Attention to detail and strong risk management mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, engage with a diverse range of stakeholders (eg clients, issuers, brokers).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and VBA, other programming language advantageous.
