We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Account Manager to support Relationship Managers in delivering an exceptional, end-to-end service for Ultra High Net Worth and High Net Worth clients. You’ll be a key client-facing contact, helping deepen relationships, drive revenue opportunities, and ensure every interaction and transaction is handled with precision, pace, and the highest standards of risk and regulatory compliance.

In this role you’ll:
- Act as a primary servicing point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, responding to enquiries and requests with a strong understanding of private banking services.
- Support Relationship Managers with business development activity, including preparing proposals, presentations, pitches, and briefing notes for key client meetings (plus accurate meeting notes and record keeping).
- Manage client lifecycle activities, including account opening packs, client data input/maintenance, and timely closure of Client Data Management items with strong KRI outcomes.
- Maintain high-quality Know Your Customer standards: ensure periodic reviews and trigger-event updates are completed on time, with appropriate escalation of Financial Crime Compliance concerns.
- Support credit processes, including credit reviews, credit risk returns, and assisting with credit applications to meet deadlines and documentation requirements.
- Support investment servicing by ensuring transactions are clearly explained, appropriately documented, and aligned to clients’ risk tolerance/risk appetite, while delivering fair customer outcomes.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments Level 4 qualified or other equivalent regulatory qualification
- Proven track record in Private Banking/Wealth Management within a client facing capacity for example; Relationship Management, Investment Advisory, Client Services
- Strong knowledge of wealth products, financial markets, and lending principles; comfortable in managing sophisticated products such as derivatives, structured products, futures
- Solid understanding of private bank operating requirements including cross-border considerations, Financial Crime Compliance, account opening, customer documentation, and transaction processing
- Proven team player with excellent client and stakeholder communication skills; able to work at pace across multiple priorities
- Fluency in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese
