We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Regional Head, Corporate Coverage.
Global Payment Solutions is made up of almost 10,000 people, across more than 60 countries. In this role you’ll:
- Support our team in winning new and retaining existing client relationships in order to maintain existing and generate new income for HSBC
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain the strategic direction of the business, the functionality and launch of new products and services
- Grow the business in a sustainable, responsible and compliant manner.
To retain and grow existing customer portfolios to maintain and increase income to HSBC - Help our customers, aligning to our purpose of being where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper - ultimately helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions
- Drive growth by making the most of new sales opportunities
- Lead, develop, coach and motivate the team for success
- Review the Sales process through to implementation and work closely with other stakeholders to identify efficiencies
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Commercial / Corporate banking
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire, coach and performance manage a team
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to share and present information in a clear, concise and accurate way
- A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes
- Experience of providing strategic advice to customers, having established and built valuable long-term relationships with significant customers
- A track record of successfully identifying and developing significant/complex business propositions, that attract and entrench customers, in a fair and ethical way
- A working knowledge of AI tools with the ability to implement these to improve our pro
