We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Ambassador.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Adopt branch customers to Internet Banking and Mobile App, and encourage their continuation use of digital
  • Promote digital banking services and products and encourage customers to migrate to digital
  • Actively identify potential customers’ banking needs and recommend alternative solutions to customers
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationship with customers
  • Ensure compliance of HSBC Bank policy, Global Standards and internal controls
  • Multiple branch locations available across Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories
 
Qualifications
  • Secondary school graduate with a pass in 5 subjects for HKCEE or HKDSE including Math, Chinese or English, equivalent or above; with some customer service or banking experience
  • Customer centric mindset with commitment to deliver quality service
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a service environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is a definitive advantage.
  • Holder of insurance or investment license, preferred but not a must
  • Customer service experience in mass market or walk-in environment
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
