• Right to work in Malaysia without requirement for sponsorship.
What you’ll need to succeed in the role
• Strong communication skills: able to provide clear written updates and confident in following up with action
owners.
• A “go-getter” mindset: proactive, organised, and willing to chase progress to closure without needing constant
direction.
• Willingness to learn: curious and open to understanding regulatory reporting, governance, and delivery standards.
• Stakeholder management and influencing: comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders and navigating
multiple teams’ priorities.
• Attention to detail: able to keep plans, logs, and artefacts accurate, consistent, and audit ready.
• Ownership and reliability: follow through on tasks, flags risks early, and escalates appropriately when progress is
blocked
