You’ll help keep our markets business running smoothly by delivering accurate, timely operational support across collateral management and risk services—working with colleagues and stakeholders across regions to meet service, control, and client outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- The Collateral and Risk team manages and mitigates financial risks associated with collateralized transactions and financial instruments. We oversee collateral-related activities where assets are used as security to minimize credit risk. The team ensures margin requirements are correctly enforced and that appropriate collateral is available and properly utilized across margin lending, OTC derivatives, and secured loans.
- As a Global Support Executive, you’ll process tasks within Collateral Management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operations support to ensure all tasks and processes are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to procedures and policies, maintaining strong risk and control discipline.
- Escalate issues promptly to senior management, with clear facts, impact, and proposed next steps.
- Suggest process improvement ideas and support implementation to improve efficiency, quality, and control.
- Assist with projects, including testing of new workflows and tools, and support change adoption.
- Understand and comply with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to your role and the business you support.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the products supported by the Markets Collateral business (including margin lending, OTC derivatives, and secured lending).

What additional skills will be good to have?
- Good understanding of financial products, including equity/fixed income OTC derivative, FX products.
- Awareness of collateral/margin concepts (e.g., margin calls, eligibility, valuation, disputes) and how they support risk management (advantageous).
