What you’ll do:

- Ensure to support the ops team in daily processing and quality control.
- Supports in procedure revie.
- Supports in Management Information (MI) generation.

- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and line manager.
- Ability to multitask with a good eye for detail.
What you will need to succeed in the role:
The nature of the role requires efficiency and accuracy in processing the task within stipulated time. Abel to work in high pressure productivity-based environment where deadlines are critical. Has an eye for details to ensure items are processed accurately and meet the Quality Control (QC) requirement. Consistent in meeting OOE targets and all KPIs. Able to escalate issues and concerns timely to line manager and follow up on the action required. Speak up when sees an opportunity and continue to be at your best.
What additional skills will be good to have?
