We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Data and Analytics Information Manager.

 

 

Principal Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of data & analytics initiatives across ideation, solution design, build, testing, deployment and adoption/commercialisation, working in an agile model and across multiple business lines/products.
  • Own data platform delivery and stability, managing upgrades, system migrations and deployments with strong release planning, cutover readiness and hypercare to minimise operational disruption and customer impact.
  • Drive structured project governance across data initiatives, including delivery plans, RAID management, milestones, dependency tracking, and clear stakeholder reporting to ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to banking standards and agreed requirements.
  • Commercialise analytics solutions by defining value hypotheses and tracking benefits through quantifiable measures (e.g., incremental revenue, cost avoidance/reduction, productivity uplift), with clear baselines and measurement approach.
  • Deliver country and Group data/CRM strategy initiatives, covering end-to-end technical delivery of solutions/capabilities, including integration to customer-facing channels and downstream consumers.
  • Oversee delivery standards across resourcing and commercial management, including outsourced resources, vendor performance, contract deliverables, and VSIP/cost/budget management for data build and D&A initiatives.
  • Act as the Data & Analytics (“D&A”) liaison between Technology, Business and delivery teams, aligning roadmaps to business priorities, driving user adoption, and implementing change management within D&A scope (training, comms, operating model readiness, and post-release adoption tracking).

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Financial services/banking experience, with a solid understanding of propositions and products in International Wealth & Retail Banking.
  • Exposure to cloud, databases, data management and downstream CRM systems
  • 5+ years’ hands-on analytics experience using ETL tools including SAS, SQL, Python and/or other languages to solve complex business problems.
  • Agile project management experience managing timelines and project delivery
  • Strong delivery leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience operating in complex, regulated environments and managing cross-team dependencies.
  • Proven experience delivering analytics end-to-end: problem framing → solution design → build → insight delivery → benefit quantification and adoption.
