Why join us?
Our internship programs give you a real-life insight into a future career. Like what you see and perform well, and you’ll be offered the opportunity to join us. Your journey kicks off our experts to give you the technical know-how to hit the ground running. In this role, you’ll work with Operations and key stakeholders to simplify the production of Management Information (MI) and strengthen employee engagement—helping improve the accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness of MI, while supporting initiatives that make the employee. E
We’re looking for people who love building connections, supporting others, and making a real impact. You don’t need to know everything about banking – bring your curiosity and drive, and we’ll help with the rest. If you’re the kind of person who gets a buzz from helping others succeed – and loves the idea of being part of your clients’ story – we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
- Analyse historical MI to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to simplify MI production.
- Support deep-dive sessions with stakeholders to understand current MI processes and document end-to-end process flows.
- Help identify quick wins to improve MI accuracy and timeliness, and contribute to a longer-term improvement plan (including best practices and enabling technology).
- Produce regular MI insights summaries (daily/weekly/monthly) and support basic reporting packs.
- Track progress of engagement initiatives and help create communication/engagement materials (e.g., slide packs, updates, posters, intranet content).
- Support preparation of a final presentation summarising insights, recommendations, and proposed actions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Available to work full time internship for 16–24 weeks commencing from July 2026 – Dec 2026.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme in Business Analytics / Business Administration (or related).
- In your final or penultimate year of studies, expected to graduate in 2027.
- Obtained, or expected to achieve, a GPA of at least 4.0 / 5.0 or 3.2 / 4.0 or 2nd class upper (or equivalent)
- Right to work in Malaysia without requirement for sponsorship.
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- A team player: You work well with others, pitch in when it counts, and your colleagues know they can count on you.
- Collaboration is everything – we succeed together. Fast-paced and detail-oriented: You can juggle different tasks, and work well under pressure, paying attention to detail and adapting when priorities shift.
- Always learning: Markets change all the time, and so do we. You’re curious, adaptable, and always up for learning something new – whether that’s exploring a fresh topic or rethinking the way something’s done.
- Good communication skills — able to write clear summaries and support simple presentations.
- Organised, willing to learn, and able to manage tasks independently while working well with others.
