Your career opportunity

As an IT Service Owner in our Technology organization you’ll take end-to-end ownership for the ongoing supply and support of assigned IT services. You’ll act as the single point of contact across the ITIL Service Lifecycle and work closely with Technology experts plus control, governance, risk and cyber security partners. The role offers broad exposure to operational delivery, service improvement and IT control and compliance activities.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end application, service and infrastructure control for assigned services.
• Oversee stable service operation and continual service improvement.
• Ensure adherence to governance processes and compliance with all FIM requirements plus IT controls and processes.
• Plan service requirements including evergreening, capacity upgrades, vulnerability management, demand and business growth.
• Manage delivery, execution and maintenance of IT control tasks, coordinating resources and escalating where needed.
• Act as a contact and escalation point for stakeholder requests related to assigned services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including other Service Owners, POD team members, Risk and Control Officers, SSP Leads and Cyber Security.
• Maintain accurate service and application information through regular reviews of inventory tools.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Bring proven experience in IT Service Management or infrastructure and software support or project management.
• Apply very good knowledge of ITIL methodologies, particularly SLM, service continuity, information security management and change management.
• Demonstrate good understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture plus risk and issue management.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
• Show experience delivering added value initiatives with clear outcomes.
• Bring strong experience in IT control, governance and compliance.
• Present and communicate effectively in senior forums including negotiating and preparing materials for meetings.
• Communicate fluently in English across written and spoken channels.

What we offer

The pay range for this role is 15 109 PLN - 22 658 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
