Vice President, Proposition & Transaction Growth

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Proposition and Transaction Growth. 

In this role you will:

• Drive alignment across stakeholders to deliver customer-centric innovative banking solutions, enhance customer adoption, and achieve targeted revenue growth objectives
• Define and refine the Business Banking’s proposition to ensure it aligns with market needs and differentiates the brand
• Develop customer segmentation strategies to tailor propositions for different target audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product development, marketing, sales and operations) to ensure seamless execution of commercialisation plans
• Ensure the customer proposition is compelling, relevant, and aligned with the organization’s overall strategic goals
• Optimize the profitability of customer propositions through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement on end-to-end customer journey
• Foster a culture of customer-centricity across the organization
• Use insights to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in the market
• Communicate the customer proposition and commercialisation strategy effectively to stakeholders at all levels
• Regularly report on progress, insights, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders

To be successful you will need:

• University graduate with extensive general banking experience with exposure in commercial banking, business development and banking products.
• Understand commercial banking products and HSBC’s beyond banking capabilities
• Creative thinking to generate ideas balancing business impact, cost and time to market.
• With effective communication, interpersonal, project management and presentation skills
• Good writing skills in Chinese and English
• Strong drive and self-motivated
• Organised with ability to work independently
