We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Tech specialist – Lending solution.

In this role you will:

• Manage stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and operation teams, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and alignment on architectural decisions and strategic direction.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and high performance to deliver ambitious outcomes across cross-functional teams and geographies.
•  Act as a trusted technical advisor to Product Owners and delivery leadership, translating business intent into practical technical options and decisions.
•  Lead the lending solution design and delivery in partnership with Product Owners, architects (Platform, Process, Data), technical leads, engineers, and data leads.
• Definition of non-functional requirements (NFRs): performance, resiliency, security, observability, auditability, etc.
• Drive alignment of solutions with future state architecture and roadmap, Group standards and policies, reference architectures, and relevant enterprise architecture principles.
• Provide architectural assurance for lending design decisions (e.g., patterns, integration, data flows, security controls), ensuring consistency and reusability across the ecosystem.
• Ensure solutions are cost-effective and maintainable, with clear articulation of Architectural risks and issues, Technical debt and remediation plans.
•  Address operational and production readiness considerations early, including Performance and scalability bottlenecks, Operator intervention, runbooks, and support processes

To be successful you will need:

• Proven experience as a Technical SME / Senior Engineer / Solution Designer in complex enterprise environments (financial services preferred).
•  Hands-on understanding of modern architecture patterns, such as Microservices and/or modular monoliths, event-driven architecture, APIs, integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, API management, or security standards are a plus.
