Tech Risk and Service Resilience Lead

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Tech Risk and Service Resilience.
In this role you will need:
- Responsible for the operational management of operational and service resilience including technology risk assessment and the required remediation work in order to meet the resilience requirements
- Manage and oversee the development / implementation of policies, operating procedures and process to meet the required resilience standards
- Collaborate within / across business and technology teams of AMH Retail Banking & Wealth and GB/GIs to deliver the collective goals in line with the resilience strategies and priorities
- Drive the maturity, implementation and adoption of best practice
- Drive the technology teams to deliver the initiatives as required from the regulator, WPB HK Critical Operations, Important Business Services and Operational Resiliency / TRCB so as to uplift service resilience
- Ensure governance is in place to cover the operational process of service resilience
- Ensure controls are monitored, met, matured and are fit for purpose
- Prepare and present Management Information at performance and governance forums
To be successful you will need:
- Operational Resilience: Previous experience in operational resilience or a related field is highly desirable. This includes experience in developing and implementing resilience strategies and frameworks.
- Incident / Problem Management: Experience in incident and problem management is crucial. Candidates should have a proven track record of handling operational disruptions and ensuring technical service recovery and continuity.
- Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of IT systems, system process flow, networks, and cybersecurity protocols is crucial. Candidates should be able to identify technology vulnerabilities and implementing effective remediation and security measures.
- Proficiency in Risk Management Tools: Candidates should be adept at using advanced risk management software and tools to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks effectively.
- Risk Assessment Frameworks: Familiarity with established risk assessment frameworks, as it is important for evaluating and managing technology risks.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects, particularly those involving cross-functional teams, is important. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile is beneficial.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills are necessary for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration with various teams is also essential for achieving shared goals.
