We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Smart Senior (CSO).
In this role you will:
- Greet and welcome all of the customers
- Provide counter service at community counters
- Direct customers to the appropriate service counter or staff member, and promote the usage of self service banking terminals
- Answer general customer enquiries
- Carry out ad hoc administration tasks as required
To be successful you will need:
- Experience in counter or branch operations much preferred
- Service oriented approach and with the capacity to maintain a cheerful, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Fundamental level of computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic verbal proficiency in English and Cantonese, with knowledge of Putonghua preferred
