Senior Officer, Life Operations

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Officer, Life Operations.

In this role you will:

• Manage customer correspondence related to life insurance policies
• Maintain and update policyholder records in line with company procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment or correspondence issues
• Assist in preparing regular reports for management
• Perform policy servicing related duties and ad-hoc tasks to support the operation of the department
• Support operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental and company-wide goals
• Provide high-level administrative, strategic, and organizational support to senior Management including scheduling meetings and coordination of travel plan

To be successful you will need:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
• Prior experience in life insurance operations preferred
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of insurance systems is an advantage
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
