We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Officer, Life Operations.
In this role you will:
- Manage customer correspondence related to life insurance policies
- Maintain and update policyholder records in line with company procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment or correspondence issues
- Assist in preparing regular reports for management
- Perform policy servicing related duties and ad-hoc tasks to support the operation of the department
- Support operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the achievement of departmental and company-wide goals
- Provide high-level administrative, strategic and organizational support to senior managment including scheduling meetings and coordiantion of travel plans
To be successful you will need:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Prior experience in life insurance operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of insurance systems is an advantage
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
- Accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Professional correspondence etiquette
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Integrity and commitment to compliance standards
