Senior EB Product and Propositions Manager

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior EB Product and Propositions Manager

In this role you will:

• Support department head to develop and execute business vision and strategies in line with overall business objectives and targets
• Lead the control, proposition and governance of the EB products for the department. Owner of the product and distribution materials
• Manage the distribution support across distribution channels of EB products
• Monitor daily processes to streamline the pre-sales processes and workflows
• Contribute to the development of new distribution model and business sources

To be successful you will need:

• Proven experience in corporate insurance and employee benefits arena, preferable in sizeable financial institutions
• Proven experience in distribution of employee benefits products
• Sound knowledge of EB products and market in Hong Kong
• With technical knowledge or experience in price underwriting of EB products will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
