Job description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Medical Services.

 

In this role you will:

1. Strategic Proposition Development

  • Develop and execute long-term roadmaps for premium health offerings; integrate exclusive wellness services and health tech into wealth and core banking/insurance products
  • Monitor health & wellness market trends to identify service upgrades and competitive edges
  • Create proposition slides, value frameworks and business stories; present to internal leaders and medical partners to secure approval and resources
  • Standardize positioning and packaging of all health services to match our luxury HNW brand positioning

 

2. Healthcare Partnership & Operations Management

  • Manage partnerships with medical providers to guarantee consistent high-quality service delivery
  • Oversee daily operation and performance of all health propositions against internal quality standards
  • Drive full regulatory compliance for all new health service launches following local healthcare rules

 

3. Data-Driven Proposition Optimization

  • Track core KPIs including campaign conversion, open rates and customer acquisition cost
  • Leverage data insights to refine sales funnels and boost wellness service uptake among HNW clients
  • Use Excel and PowerPoint to build performance dashboards, reports and presentation slides; regularly report project progress, risks and improvement plans to senior leadership and the executive committee
  • Document successful project practices to build sustainable strategy, replicable service models and support wider rollout of health propositions

 

4. Cross-Stakeholder Alignment & HNW Experience Management

  • Act as the liaison between banking, insurance and health teams: translate bank business targets into deliverable
  • Lead cross-functional projects; pitch propositions via formal presentations to hit launch milestones
  • Map the full customer journey from digital touchpoints to offline wellness centre visits; deliver private, premium, seamless experiences tailored to clients’ privacy and high-standard demands
  • Resolve multi-party conflicts, regulatory hurdles and project roadblocks under tight timelines while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Simplify complex clinical data and technical medical details into clear, actionable presentation materials to support decision-making

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Health Administration, Marketing or related fields; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in health strategy, premium medical management, finance health proposition development or cross-sector medical-finance projects; candidates with Hong Kong private healthcare or HNW banking experience prioritized
  • Deep understanding of Hong Kong & Greater China premium healthcare market, health tech trends and HNW client health demands

  • Data analysis: Extract actionable business insights from data to upgrade services and drive growth

  • Software skills: Advanced Excel (data analysis & KPI tracking) and PowerPoint (executive presentations); other visualization tools are a bonus
  • Stakeholder communication: Fluent in English and Mandarin capable of negotiating and building long-term partnerships with bank and medical executives
  • Cross-industry thinking: Balance clinical professionalism and commercial banking value to build differentiated health propositions
