Manager, Investment Proposition

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Investment Proposition.

In this role you will:

• Engage with the frontline to identify customers’ product needs, make recommendations, and work with product partners to launch products in a timely manner.
• Ensure full compliance with product governance processes, maintaining appropriate product approval records to support product reviews and meet regulatory/control reporting requirements.
• Ensure appropriate management information (MI) reporting to enable effective management of the investment business.
• Conduct trade execution and post-trade follow-up; resolve execution issues (e.g., documentation gaps, cut-off times, booking exceptions) to deliver timely and accurate trade orders.
• Act as a key contact for proposition, operations, product, and day-to-day compliance queries.
• Gather feedback to improve investment operations and processes, and contribute to enhancing key control documents.
• Host key business forums, including logistics, agenda development, speaker coordination, and preparation of materials.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

To be successful you will need:

• University degree holder.
• At least 5 years’ experience in investment product launches and wealth operations.
• Good product knowledge of unit trusts, bonds, certificates of deposit, and structured products, with a solid understanding of Hong Kong investment regulations.
• Strong organizational, numerical, and analytical skills.
• Proactive and inquisitive working style, able to identify and investigate opportunities and issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; able to read and write in English and Chinese.
