We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Manager.
In this role you will:
- Support end to end process for Discretionary Mandate Opening/Maintenance/Termination Services including parameter set up/update, Fund transfer activities including top-up, redemption and income distribution, fee booking, trailer/placement fee handling, monthly reporting preparation
- Collaborating with Team Manager to provide constructive feedback on team performance
- Manage and assist Team Manager to supervise a team to provide operational support and services for discretionary account services
- Assist the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
- Good planning and managing projects aimed at achieving system enhancement/new product launched
- Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure the accuracy for maintaining high standard of customer service delivery
- Monitor reconciliation breaks to ensure no discrepancy of booking
- Recommend improvement of the operations workflow for process streamline and effectiveness
- Review and monitor performance of team members via the group email boxes to ensure appropriate handling of customer inquiries and processing of instructions
- Prepare investigation reports including operational incident report for management review and approval
- Handle customer complaint and perform investigation to identify the root cause with prompt service recovery
- Monitor workflow of team members to ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their operations knowledge and competency
To be successful you will need:
- Excellent knowledge of the mandate operation and banking products across all related asset classes
- Solid experience for discretionary account services
- Strong numerical skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong team player
- Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese
