In this role you will
- Conduct quality reviews in related to life insurance new business application
- Deliver end-to-end premium financing case management services
- Support to uplift network and individual sales quality above threshold throughout the routine case review, reinforcement training and regular reporting
- Timely provide accurate case assessment result in consistent basis to sales staff for taking applicable remediation to the new application
- Handle enquires in professional manner
- Identify and feedback for ongoing sales process improvement
- Support additional and/or ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful you will need
- Higher Diploma / associate degree or above in finance, business or related field
- Bancassurance sales &/or sales quality experiences on individual life insurance area
- Effective communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Conversant in PC skills (Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel with VBA/Macro is an advantage)
- Strong sense of teamwork and able to work independently
- Detail-minded and possess a logical mindset
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
